China forbids you from giggling at this penis shaped building!!

In an attempt to silence critics, china has once again enacted new laws to try and control the public. The building above looks like a penis, there is no denying it. Obviously the architect had some freudian stuff going on in his head.

But China doesn't care about any of that- they want you to think of anything else (Maybe a super tall mushroom fort from Mario?) because this is to be the sight of their new government building! People are forbidden from laughing at it- no comment as to what the punishment will be. Censors have been imposed however to block pictures of it.. It compliments their next door neighbor (CCTV head quarters) nicknamed the Underpants building..
