Half of Justin Bieber's twitter followers are..

Justin Bieber, the kid who made it off of youtube- also the kid that everyone loves to hate. The kid can sing, has millions of dollars more than us, and millions of fans- some of those fans being his twitter followers. 

But not all of them

A company known has Socialbakers does monthly tests to discover how many fake Twitter accounts there are (usually spam robots), and try to delete them. The main way of discovering a fake account is by calculating how many times the account uses phrases such as "diet," "Make money," and "work from home." 

Out of the artist's 37 million twitter followers, one of the most followed people on twitter, only 47% (17.8 million) of them are legit.
