"Quickies" should not be labeled as unromantic sex..

Scientists, therapists and Sexperts (I personally trust their word most!) claim that quickies should stop being labeled as unromantic. In reality they are an extremely healthy part of a relationship, and can really help spice things up in the bedroom!

Therapists state that it is extremely healthy for your relationship to have quickies as it adds to your sexlife and improves your sex drive! Therapists want the term to stop being associated with non passionate acts of lust- and more of a way to incorporate great sex into your schedule. It is stated that the majority of couples who have slowed down their sex life have 5 main obstacles to getting some one on one time with their lovers: Stress, Time, Fatigue, Pressure, and Desire.

Sexual activity, say the therapists, is a great way to stay connected with your lover (As long as it is with your lover!)- and it is very important to look past these obstacles and make an effort at keeping the juices flowing, even if it is a half hearted attempt at making love.

True Fact: The more you have sex, the more you will crave it. Why? Well having sex creates more hormones in both men and women, and this leads to brain activity in the chemicals in the brain that have to do with desire. You do not want to lack this desire, because that is a huge deterrent to a healthy sex life.

So go forth and make love my friends! (As long as you are over 18)
