If you take a Sea Sponge, and absolutely pulverize it. Mash it, smash it, squash it- just tear it apart. Put it in a blender, put that thing on 5, and after you have had your fun, leave it in the blender over night.
When you wake up in the morning you will find that the remaining cells have found each other and the sea sponge will be rebuilt and alive again.
