Justin Bieber and his monkey problems..

For his 19th birthday, Justin Bieber was given a pet monkey. As cute as the monkey is, Justin apparently lost interest in it. When he arrived in Germany, customs confiscated the monkey saying he did not have the right paperwork for it. It was to be given back to him on departure, but the song musician must have had other things on his mind because he never reclaimed it.

Well the German government is pissed now. They want the monkey picked up- and they want to be compensated for the money they spent on feeding him and sheltering him.
