Does this look like a penis?

The city of Township, PA, has recently been in the news with complaints of their local bollards. These are pillars that are placed in front of buildings in order to save them from cars- in cases of accidents. 

Well 2 were placed in front of a church, and it seems that this has led to some controversy. Citizens claim the pillars look phallic, and the the over-compensating town is not happy.

"People are laughing at it. They're calling it Penis Road," she told the township commissioners Tuesday, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported. 

The town is thinking about flattening the tops, but then it might just look uncircumcised.. It must be hard (excuse the pun) being mayor.
