A mother, in Afghanistan, who was pregnant with triplets, found out one of her babies actually had two heads. So it turned out she was having twins- one with two heads.

Doctors successfully removed the extra noggin, in afghanistan! It was an incredible feat, especially the fact that the hospitals and doctors in Afghanistan were that advanced.
