Did you know that apricots are cultivated on EVERY single continent on Earth, apart from Antarctica? Nobody really knows their exact origin. Some theories support the idea that they initially came from Armenia, whereas others state that Persians have been cultivating them for so long that Persia might have been their true origin. We just know that they don't grow in Antarctica.
