Marijuana joints passed out to...

Boulder, Colorado was the scene of massive floods recently. Many Citizens lost almost everything- however relief efforts focused on helping as much as they could.

One such relief effort used a slightly unorthodox method of helping out by passing out free joints to people. Over 600 were passed out for recreational use.   

The effort was meant to help “stressed out recreational users,” who were considered important voters in the upcoming vote on the controversial marijuana sales tax
