I know there is an Asian driver joke in here somewhere...
This man freaked out when someone honked their horn at him, he accelerated, almost hit a pedestrian- and then landed like this. He was suspended over 20 foot drop, and yes that is a children's hospital.
Being disoriented, he tried to get out of the car, a bystander stopped him and saved his life.
