A man who is a plastic surgeon in Orange County, USA, has decided to use his daughters as billboards. As they have gotten older he has altered their noses, belly buttons, and now breasts. This last part has gotten him into a lot of trouble from people saying this is a form of incest, however it hasn't stopped him.
He uses his daughters to promote his business by using them as marketing tools.
