One of the biggest factors to cause headaches is stress. Sometimes you just need to follow a few simple guidelines to stop stress headaches from becoming full blown migraines- and these are a few of those ways:
1. Take a break
Probably the easiest one to follow, sometimes you just need to walk away from your desk or your computer, and clear your mind.
2. Rest your eyes
Number 1 leads us to number 2- shut your eyes, and feel the difference. Sometimes headaches are related to how long you stare at your mobile device, laptop or tablet. This light feels like it is peircing your brain after a while, and is a major cause of head aches.
3. Getting a nice soothing drink
It could be something comforting like tea, or even lemonaid- the main thing to do is just help your brain relax. Caffeinated drinks are actually very good for easing headaches as well.
4. Clear your sinuses
Blow your nose and inhale Vick's vapor rub. These are things that will help you clear your blocked sinuses which lead to headaches.
