This is a picture of Manar and Islaam Maged, in Egypt. Islaam, the twin without a body, was able to independently smile and blink. They have, since the picture, been separated. Sadly after the surgery Islaam died, and even sadder was the fact that Manar also passed away 14 months after the surgery due to a brain infection.

Although really sad, it comes as no surprise that they died. Twins who are conjoined at the head are the absolute hardest to separate because of all of the shared brain and nerves. 

May they rest in peace
