In November 2012 she attempted to auction of her virginity online- and a Japanese millionaire tried to purchase the offer for over $750,000. Everything would have worked out had the Brazilian attorney general not threatened to jail Catarina for sex trafficking charges had the deal gone through.
Since this incident, she has set up her own website Virginswanted.com.au, and plans on trying to auction off her virginity again. the bidding will start at $100,000- but her goal is to raise at least $1.5 million. I think she figures that with that kind of cash, she doesn't have to worry about being jailed in Brazil because she will live just fine anywhere else in the world!
