What is happening in this picture. That is what police are asking themselves after the picture was uploaded on the social media website "reddit."

Although the picture looks harmless enough, police may have to intervene if they consider the parents to be neglectful or abusive towards their infants. In the United States it is illegal to mistreat your children, and if authorities think that the parents have gone too far, they may take the children away,

Personally I think it is harmless and all in good fun. 

But everyone is a critic.
