Surgeon turns pigs head into Paris Hilton!
Some people obviously have a lot of time on their hands.. This surgeon obviously does!
He is a real surgeon, and he wanted to show the world his idea of what art is.. What I get out of these 16 pics is a guy playing with a dead pigs head for 14 pictures, and all of a sudden add a wig and you have the pig that goes by the name of Paris Hilton!
Ok, maybe that was a bit harsh on Paris- I think it looks more like an Adele, or maybe even Brittany Murphy.. Either way, Look at picture 1- is it me or does that pic look extremely happy, and slowly as he is transformed in Paris his smile disappears into a shameful scream!
