This crazy woman was actually dating the guy she runs over. No One exactly knows the story- however apparently he broke up with her, leading to her losing her temper. Obviously there might be more to the story (Cheating, etc)- however her reaction is obviously unacceptable. He is now in stable condition, but still in the hospital with serious injuries.
The 44 year old woman got even crazier when she drove the car right into a river, where she was rescued. She is now undergoing psychological evaluation.
This poor soul was playing basketball in Russia when after an attacking situation, he couldn't stop, and ran right into a basketball post. It affected his spine and it actually paralysed him. Sad stuff, he is actually still in hospital.
Self immolation (setting one's self on fire) is a form of protest that captures attention like no other. In the case above, an Indian family of 5 set themselves on fire and chase others around. 4 of them died, and 1 is still in critical condition.
They were originally protesting the fact that authorities were taking away their home.
