When I was in high school, we didn't have cell phone problems in school cause we didn't have cell phones. But we did have an issue with Discmans (do you know what that is?)..
Either way- a teacher in China made a fatal mistake by confiscating a student's cellphone for playing with it in class (candy crush??). The teacher gave him a stern warning, and returned it at the end of the day. The next day when the teacher was grading exams in a quiet classroom- the student returned with a knife and slit the teachers throat! The teacher, who was a young father, died before paramedics arrived. The student's conscience actually got the best of him, as he confessed to everything later that day.
