Cow urine is the New Cola…In India

The soft drink that is actually a fuzzy-fied version of a cow’s urine is named the healthier variant for people who like to quench their thirst with Coke and Pepsi. Gau Jal (Cow water) is a product of the nationalist movement Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and their Cow Protection Department. According to the local religion, the Cow is a sacred animal with a lot of health-improving abilities. It shouldn’t be killed or tortured and humans can drink their milk and derivative products in order to be filled with power and strength.

In some Indian cities and states, the animal’s waste products can also be drunk and eaten respectively.
