Braille written on signs is often written wrong...

Companies that produce ADA (American Disability Act) signage, often make mistakes both by accident and on purpose when making braille signage. The reason this happens is because they are not monitored by anyone. A common practice is to take an Existing sign (E.G. Staff Toilet) and take off the copy, and put on a new copy (Microwave in Use). The reason they do this is because if you do not have spare parts other than an existing sign- it is very expensive to devote machine hours to re-rout parts and then spend a day painting a single sign.

It is disgusting that this is the industry standard.
