Did You Know That If You Hold Your Nose And Cover Your Mouth When Sneezing…

People sneeze at a very high rate and if you hold your nose and clamp your mouth closed, it can actually cause your eyeballs to pop out because of the pressure. When you don’t let your sneeze come out properly, it goes into the eustachian tube, which serves as a connection between the back of the throat and the middle ear, and then to the eardrum. A strong sneeze can also harm your hearing by causing a rupture in the eardrum which can lead to infection, bleeding and even hearing loss.
