I am not really anti-McDonalds, even though I know they have some shady practices- however some of these Big Mac facts might disgust you...

1- A Big Mac has 540 Calories, 29 grams of fat, and a whopping 1040 Mgs of Sodium!!
 By those number it will fill 28% of your daily calories, 45% daily fat, and 43% of your daily Sodium intake.

2- If you added a single big mac to your diet every day for a year you would have taken in 197,000 extra calories, and 56 extra pounds..

3- 900 Million Big Macs are sold a year, or 2.5 million a day

4- Mcdonalds uses frozen meat patties that are shipped in from 5 different countries. Each burger is so processed that you are actually eating the meat of 1000 cows that are from 5 different countries.

5 - Mc donalds Big Mac alone uses 5.5 million cattle a year!

6- 550 million big macs are sold from 12,000 locations in a year. That is 150,000 for each local economy. Even during the recession they increased 6000 by jobs. In fact 1 in 8 people have worked at mcdonald's in the past.

7- The Big Mac is sold in 36 different countries around the world..
