Secret bar in a water tower?

Throughout time, there have been incredible bars with secret entrances. In New York, for example, there is a dirty pizza shop with a payphone in it. If you dial the right number you will open the secret door to a bar, this bar was used during prohibition in alcohol free America.

But in Chelsea, there is an illegal bar which serves alcohol in a water tower! It doesn't have room for many, but good times are sure to come- at an expected hefty price.
