Jung Da Yeon is a fitness and diet guru who also happened to be a 46-year-old mother of two children. After she gave birth to her second child a decade ago, she weighed 70kg and didn’t resemble the stunning woman she is today in any way. After deciding she’s going to change her appearance completely, Jung managed to lose 20kg in just 3 mere months by following a special diet and an exercise plan. She became extremely popular throughout South Korea after publishing her diet books and work out videos along with before and after pictures of herself.
