The opposite sex likes a great body, but that should never be your reason to work out. 

It should be for you

You want to live for as long as you possibly can, that means enjoying everything in life for as long as possible, but you need to be healthy to get those extra miles out of your body! 

Nothing gets somebody motivated to work out like a chance for abs. Lets look at these 6 easy steps to get that 6 pack

1. Not every workout will work for you, some stuff works better for some people than others. Find your workout of choice and stick to it!


2. Stick to it, everyday, never give up or skip a day...

3. Find an experienced workout buddy to help analyze your workout. They will be able to tell you if you are doing anything wrong. Their guidance will also help to keep you motivated.

4. Try different exercises like pilates that will help you work your core. It is obviously very important to stay hydrated and to eat healthy.

5. If you do not have access to a gym, go on Youtube!! There are countless videos out there that will help work you out. 

6. Make a plan! Set a plan and goals, do not quit till you have achieved!!
